What does your working day look like?
You will be working with some of today’s largest market leading companies in the Retail industry of fashion, footwear, sports, outdoor and cosmetics today, both Sellers and Buyers.
You will be assigned as business advisor to our global customers when they become members of the “Btwentyfour Infrastructure”. You oversee and build positive long-term relationships with a group of customers. You assess the customer’s needs, identifying requirements and are responsible to guide and lead them through the process of making full use of their presence in the Btwentyfour Infrastructure. In other words, allow them to leverage the full potential of the leading Open Commerce Infrastructure.
You will spend your days giving advises and providing firm guidelines when it comes to optimizing the digitalization at our customers sites. You know how to use and explain the benefit out of our data flows. You have the knowledge to analyze processes and performance related to Customer service departments as well as having full insight in Order management teams, Logistics and stock procedures, capacity and production visibility.
Our fully connected solutions allow full visibility from Manufacturer to Marketplace and our technology provide unique tools to optimize and leverage traditional solutions to best-in-class performance.
