Are you our new Customer Onboarding Specialist?

You will be a part of our Customer Onboarding Team where you will have the responsibility for specific clients & projects. Our clients are the largest market leading companies (suppliers and buyers) in the Retail industry of fashion, footwear, sports, outdoor and beauty.

You will collect, understand, plan, and communicate business and technical requirements for given customer projects. You are working with customers to ensure they are finding value in our services and operative system. You will become an expert in and educate customers on how to join and use our unique platform and network to achieve maximum effect of their investment. You will work in close cooperation with other departments within the company and together you will create a smooth onboarding and integration process for our clients.

The most important thing for us is that you have a good understanding of the flow of goods in retail and e-commerce to succeed in the role of Customer Onboarding Specialist. Maybe you have experience with onboarding and/or project management or from roles within Customer Success, Supply Chain or Purchasing. You are communicative and enjoys working with clients, preferably with experience of having worked within a commercially driven organization.

You are well organized with a high attention to details and ability to prioritize. You are an expert at time management and have exceptional documentation and possess business analytical skills. You are good at facilitating meetings and virtual workshops.
